Progress of Sanghvi Heights

The construction is going quite well. Basement is done. Ground Floor work is on now.
There has been an increase in the fsi since we booked the flat - a year ago. So the new agreements are based on the increase index. Price per square foot seems to be up approx Rs. 1000 over that last year. Which is reasonable.

Hope the new transport hub facility in Wadala and the extension to Expressway (which goes via Wadala) are completed soon. Prices should rise even more then.

We have paid our share and now ICICI bank has started disbursing it's. Some recurring problems with ICICI, what with them asking for documents multiple times and recently misplacing some key papers. A court case has been registered by us against them; they have started the payments now, but still not all issues are resolved.
